1. Delicious Homemade Banana Bread!

    I got the recipe from this website: http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/banana_bread/

    but made a few changes to make it a bit more healthy and completely vegan! I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose and used substitute egg and earth balance butter (both vegan!). I also added walnuts because, why not?? and the last change i made was just leaving the mashed banana a bit chunkier (personal preference) and I didn’t have a 4x8 inch pan so it’s a bit flatter than the above sample pic!
